The Great Sphinx and the Younger Dryas

icon-mk-osiris
The Great Sphinx, located on the Giza Plateau in Egypt, is a wondrous and enigmatic sculpture. Officially, it was constructed for the pharaoh Khafre in around 2500 BC, at the same time as the middle of the Giza pyramids, but there is very little evidence to support this theory. An alternative theory, developed by Dr Robert Schoch, is that the Great Sphinx was built much further back in time. He bases this theory on the way the stone around the Sphinx’s enclosure has been weathered. According to his analysis and those of consultants, the weathering of the stone has clearly been done by a lot of water falling on the stone, or lapping up against it, or both. If this is correct, then the Sphinx must have been constructed at least eight-thousand years ago, when Egypt was a wet and temperate area, before Earth’s changing climate turned it to desert.

Here is a very-well-produced documentary by the Gaia YouTube channel, describing Schoch’s theory:

After explaining Schoch’s theory, the programme-makers then put forward the idea that the Great Sphinx was originally a lion, and that the human was created later, carved out of the existing animal’s head. This seems a very reasonable idea; the current human head is clearly out of proportion to the rest of the sculpture and looks to have been a later modification.

Great_Sphinx_of_Giza_May_2015

The programme makers then point out that the sculpture is aligned to point directly at the constellation of Leo at the Spring Equinox in the zodiacal Age of Leo, around twelve-and-a-half thousand years ago. Unfortunately, the programme does then drift into some speculation, with talk of portals and channelled messages from aliens etc. All of this is possible but there is no solid evidence to back it up, and so it is of no use when creating a scientific theory.

Fortunately, other scientific evidence from our past, when combined with Schoch’s theory, can create a new theory of the Sphinx’s purpose. As with the other theories on my website, such as the Great Pyramid and 2787 BC, the Sirius Red Controversy, the Greek Myths and the Ark of the Covenant, I’m going to combine solid scientific evidence and logic to create a possible solution to the mystery of the Sphinx. Here goes…

June 2019 - Gravity Wave

icon-mk-burning-earth
Last November, I explained in the article 'predictions of our future' that I'd had a recurring dream which seemed to indicate that a massive eruption was going to occur in June 2019. I've never made a prediction before and it was only a recurring dream, but I feel duty-bound to talk about it. The event I saw in my dream, that a massive volcanic eruption would occur in the first few days of June 2019, does fit with predictions made by other groups on our planet, in particular the Hopi Indians, Australian Aboriginal tribes and others. A recent nexus-magazine conference in Australia includes a talk by several Aboriginal elders who state that the End Times could occur within two years, but I haven't yet been able to get a record of their talk, so I've little idea of how well it correlates with other reports. It could be truly prophetic, it could be random anxiety, I don't yet know. The organisers also report that thousands of Australians have had prophetic dreams of a massive tidal-wave hitting their East Coast but again, this could be similar to a spreading rumour.

earth-under-fire-laviolette-240px
The idea that our planet might suffer a terrible eruption, followed by a vast amount of dark dust-smoke (as seen in my dream) also fits with a theory developed by Dr LaViolette. [In case any readers think my recurring dream was influenced by his book, I read his book after I had my dreams; it was the strange similarity between the book and my dreams that caused me to write my first article on the subject.]

Dr LaViolette postulates that our galaxy's centre does not contain black holes, as per the current civilian scientific view, but instead contains extremely active stars that periodically burst out vast waves of particles and energy. This theory is explained in detail in his book Earth Under Fire. He explains that the reason our planet has a precessional cycle of roughly 26,000 years is because these periodic bursts occur every 26,000 years, and to a smaller extent in simple fractions of that time, and these bursts have entrained our planets precession movement, like someone periodically pushing or pulling on a spinning top to encourage it to oscillate with a certain frequency. 26,000 years might seem like a long gap between pulls but, for example, if the age of our solar system was a year, it would be a pull every three seconds.

According to Dr LaViolette, this periodic 'flick' that entrains our planet's precessional cycle, known to the Ancient Greeks as a Great Year, occurs through a gravity wave. The periodic, massive energy burst from the centre of our galaxy contains both a high-energy particle component, a high-energy electromagnetic radiation component and an intense gravity wave. As he explains in his book, Earth Under Fire, we received such a blast about 12,800 years, half a precessional cycle ago. This blast brought disastrous conditions to our planet, including a bombardment of meteorites and vast amounts of black, interstellar dust pushed into the inner part of our solar system, dust that is usually kept away by the solar wind. He believes that this event is synonymous with the Younger Dryas Impact event and it brought a period of abrupt cooling to our planet, lasting a thousand years, before our ice-age cataclysmically ended about 9,800 years ago. Revisiting the Disclosures interviews

icon-mk-telebot-reading
One big problem with trying to find out what's really going on in the world, and how everything actually works, is having to wade the through misguided, incompetent theories and flat-out lies. Unfortunately, this is probably inevitable. Since Knowledge is Power, those that possess most of the money in the world will logically try to accumulate all the knowledge, then hide it from everyone else. They'll also pay people to lie and make up spurious theories to distract everyone else from that truth. They'll also do their best to encourage false theories created by others, and discourage correct theories from reaching a large audience.

The net effect of such a strategy would be that the greater the media exposure of a controversial theory, the more likely that it's wrong. This situation also creates a sad side-effect; intelligent readers who only look at the most well-known theories will rapidly see that they're false and conclude the whole area is bunk, when in fact important and correct theories do exist, they're just being ignored and/or suppressed.

icon-mk-osiris
For example, it's relatively straightforward to work out that the Great Pyramid was built to fire a ray of light at Alpha Draconis (Thuban) as it moved on to the celestial North Pole in 2787 BC and yet no one talks about this idea in the mainstream media. By comparison, other theories about the Great Pyramid, based on debatable clues that have no connection to Alpha Draconis and 2787 BC, are more popular and strongly promoted. This is a shame, as the Great Pyramid's design and purpose, if rationally investigated scientifically, could positively transform our understanding of many key areas of our knowledge. I've talked before about what the Great Pyramid says about life and death and the human spirit, particularly in my graphic novel. It also tells us a lot about the massive power source present in our planet that we seem to making no effort to harness. Then again, it's possible that some top secrets groups probably are working on harnessing its power, they're just not telling us. This article is about such clandestine research and discoveries; what have these powerful groups found? Read More...

Stranger Things and the Montauk Project

icon-mk-brain
One very successful television series of the last few years has been 'Stranger Things', a thriller-supernatural series centred around several kids who encounter the results of strange experiments being carried out at a base outside their American town. The series has adopted the style of famous books and television series of the eighties, especially those by Steven Spielberg and Stephen King. This combination of up-to-date special effects, a 'conspiracy theory' style plot and the classic eighties vibe, which is very much in fashion at the moment (Ready Player One being a good example) has made the series very successful. This article is all about where they seem to have got the psychic, supernatural, conspiracy-theory ideas for that series.

Stranger_Things_Book_Cover_Original_Pitch
When the Duffer Brothers originally pitched the series to the producers in Hollywood, they called it 'Montauk'. They created the image opposite as part of their presentation, including the sinister tower in the distance. To quote from the Wikipedia page for Stranger Things:

The series was originally known as Montauk, as the setting of the script was in Montauk, New York and nearby Long Island locations. The brothers had chosen Montauk as it had further Spielberg ties with the film Jaws, where Montauk was used for the fictional setting of Amity Island.

I find this explanation hard to believe, for Montauk Air Force Base, in the Eastern coast of the United States, was already famous among aficionados of conspiracy theories for exactly the kind of experiments that take place in the series. According to some, secret experiments took place underground there in the late Seventies that succeeded in doing all sorts of dark and very strange things.

One year to go to the BPE

icon-mk-burning-earth
In November of last year, I wrote an article in which I gathered together several predictions of our future. The predictions came from different sources, such as people who had experienced Near Death Experiences, Remote Viewing reports, Hopi Indian predictions and on a personal note, a recurring dream I had that had a lasting effect. All the predictions were surprisingly similar. They stated that climate change, combined with natural events and possibly external sources, would create chaos on Earth, including some kind of huge eruption. The different groups that were reporting these matters did not specify exactly when such calamities would occur, simply that they would occur and in our lifetimes.

psi-spies-cover
My recurring dream was more specific about when these calamities would occur. It made it clear that there would be a huge explosion or eruption right at the beginning of 2019 that would produce large amounts of black smoke. This event would be dramatic but not cataclysmic. Then, in the first few days of June 2019, there would be a cataclysmic eruption of fine, grey ash on Earth. This would be so large that it would spread over the planet. A month later, a vast amount of dark smoke covers everything, and it lasts for years. I was intrigued that this dream correlates well with a remote viewing report described in Jim Marrs book 'Psi Spies' and therefore I've guessed that the massive fine-grey-ash eruption will be from a volcano in the Cascade range. 'The scientist, the madman, the thief and their lightbulb' book review

icon-mk-rocket
One interesting thing to do, nowadays, is to find a second-hand book from an earlier era and see how different it is from the publications sold to us nowadays. What's more, I don't think we have to go back that far to see some significant changes. For example, the book I'm reviewing in this blog post, Keith Tutt's book 'The Scientist, the Madman, the Thief and their Lightbulb' was first published in 2001. That's not very long ago but it felt like a long time when I read a review on its back cover by the New Scientist magazine. It said the following:

'the inventors… could hardly have asked for a better intercessor than Tutt. His vivid, level-headed and engrossing commentary is as entertaining as it is thought-provoking.'

I'm not sure that the New Scientist would be so positive in its view now, since Tutt's book talks extensively about inventors, scientists and engineers who developed new forms of energy creation that don't fit the official scientific view. Their creations were powered by zero-point energy (allegedly), cold fusion (allegedly), free energy from high-voltage, high-charge devices and other seemingly exotic sources. As a formerly avid reader of the New Scientist, I developed a good understanding of its trends and where science journalism in Britain generally was going. As a result, I'd be surprised if they gave the book such a positive review now.

The dark possibilities of voice-command devices

icon-mk-telebot-reading
The most recent fashionable item to own in Western households is a digital cylinder that understand your requests and carries them out, known as a vince-command device. Amazon’s Echo was the trailblazer in this field but Apple have caught up with their Alexa device. These devices, with their ability to listen to users, understand their speech, process the requests, reply and carry out the digital tasks, are being viewed as a boon to a busy household. Unfortunately, no one seems to be talking about the big potential problems that are inherent in these devices. Read More...

Robert Sepehr documentaries on Youtube

icon-mk-blazing-star
For the last year or so, Robert Sepehr has been posting interesting documentaries on Youtube. They cover a range of subjects, from anthropology to modern history. As many of their topics overlap with articles I've posted on this website, I thought it would be good to list four videos he's made that I've found interesting and thought-provoking. Unlike much that is posted on youtube, Robert Sepehr's videos are usually balanced and intelligent and don't veer off into wild speculation. They're also relatively free of ads, which makes them easier to watch too! I don't agree with everything he posts but I do think he's doing a good job. Here's the videos he's made that I've enjoyed, along with a few personal comments:

Edward Teller, climate change and 1959

icon-mk-burning-earth
There's a very interesting article in today's Guardian newspaper by Benjamin Franta. It concerns a symposium entitled 'Energy and Man' that took place in New York City in 1959, organised by the American Petroleum Industry as part of a celebration of 100 years of the American Petroleum industry. To quote from the article, 'Over 300 government officials, economists, historians, scientists, and industry executives were present'. Its guest of honour was Robert Dunlop but there was another famous face taking part, the brilliant physicist Edward Teller.

edward-teller
Edward Teller was a very right-wing man, almost as right-wing as his fellow ex-Hungarian, the genius scientist John Von Neumann, who supposedly became the inspiration for the character of 'Dr Strangelove' in Stanley Kubrick's famous movie. Both were firm advocates of a massive increase in arms spending and a deep-seated fear and hostility towards the Soviet Union. Von Neumann famously admitted to a congressional committee that he would carpet-bomb the entire Soviet nation at the first opportunity. Read More...

Secret Societies, Parasites and Climate Change

icon-mk-osiris
A very unusual event happened this week in Britain. The current chair of the Police Federation, Steve White, is stepping down from his role, but before leaving, he has openly stated his concerns about the continued influence of Freemasons in the British Police. He felt that they were an obstacle to reform and modernisation of the police service. To quote from the Guardian article, White said:

“It’s about trust and confidence. There are people who feel that being a Freemason and a police officer is not necessarily a good idea. I find it odd that there are pockets of the organisation where a significant number of representatives are Freemasons.”

In my experience, it’s very unusual for any person in a senior role in the UK to criticise the Freemasons. Some might say that this because the Freemasons have only a minor influence in our country. Unfortunately, White’s comments indicate that a very different problem is present; that Freemasons have a very strong influence in at least one major organisation in our country. It has been common knowledge for a long time that the Freemasons are rife in Britain's police force, its judiciary, its civil service and its military. If this is correct, then Freemasons have a great deal of influence and control over the running of British society. Is this something we should be worried about? Read More...

'Encounter in Rendlesham Forest' book review

icon-mk-collection
'Encounter in Rendlesham Forest' is a non-fiction book about the now infamous incident in a forest in East Anglia in the U.K. in 1980. The book is written by Nick Pope who, by his own admission, was an MoD employee for many years before becoming an author. The kindle version I read was published in 2014 and the book is relatively new and includes recent material and references.

Screen Shot 2017-03-16 at 14.48.26
For those who haven't encountered the Rendlesham Forest incident, it is probably the most significant and well-documented UFO event in UK history. It is often referred to as the 'British Roswell'. One night, just after Christmas in 1980, something landed in the Rendlesham Forest, close to the Bentwater U.S. air force base. U.S. servicemen were told to investigate the presence in the forest of strange lights. Two of them encountered a triangular craft of advanced design. The craft later took off. The next night, more activity occurred in the forest. Many servicemen investigated this event and what they found is now the subject of many books and articles. Read More...

Cognitive Dissonance and tin-foil hats

In Dean Radin’s book ‘The Noetic Universe’, which I recently reviewed, the author describes a fascinating psychology experiment with a doctored pack of playing cards. Here’s the description, taken from the book:

the-noetic-universe-320px
A classic experiment by psychologists J.S.Bruner and Leo Postman demonstrated that sometimes what we see, or think we see, is not really there. Bruner and Postman created a deck of normal playing cards, except that some of the suit symbols were color-reversed. For example, the queen of diamonds had black-colored diamonds instead of red. The special cards were shuffled into an ordinary deck, and then they were displayed one at a time, people were asked to identify them as fast as possible. The cards were first shown very briefly, too fast to identify them accurately. Then the display time was lengthened until all the cards could be identified.

The amazing thing is that while all the cards were eventually identified with great confidence, no one noticed that there was anything out of ordinary in the deck. People saw a black four of hearts with red hearts. In other words, their expectations about what playing cards should look like determined what they actually saw. When the researchers increased the amount of time that the cards were displayed, some people eventually began to notice that something was amiss, but they did not know exactly what was wrong. One person, while directly gazing at a red six of spades, said; “That’s the six of spades but there’s something wrong with it - the black spade has a red border.”

As the display time increased even more, people became more confused and hesitant. Eventually, most people saw what was before their eyes. But even when the cards were displayed for forty times the length of time needed to recognise normal playing cards, about 10 percent of the color-reversed playing were never correctly identified by any of the people!

State of Surveillance - Edward Snowden

I like Edward Snowden. I think he's a hero. I also think it's very funny that some people, for years, attested to the fact that the U.S. Government and the U.K. Government were eavesdropping on everyone in their respective countries and that this claim was declared a ludicrous, paranoid conspiracy theory. Lo and behold, when Edward Snowden told everyone that he'd been working for the NSA and he had proof that that was exactly what the government(s) were doing (along with GCHQ, according to some of the evidence), the establishment view of that matter rapidly switched from 'it's ridiculous' to 'it's necessary to combat terrorism'. Suddenly, it wasn't a ludicrous conspiracy theory at all but simply a necessary 'deception'. I've often though that there's only a small gap between ridiculous and obvious; Snowden's revelations seem to support that idea!

In this youtube video, which I found on the interesting website www.topdocumentaryfilms.com, VICE host Shane Smith interviews Snowden and talks about what can be done to stop someone hacking your smartphone and recording everything you do, including what you say and where you go. Snowden gives some very interesting advice on the matter, along with comments on the broader matter of civil liberties.

I thought I'd add a few thoughts on the 'how not to be monitored by secret groups' topic. As I've got a computer science degree, plus professional experience, I do have some useful knowledge on the matter. Firstly, Snowden is absolutely right that if your smartphone is hacked, you'll have a very hard time discovering the fact. To be honest, if you are concerned about being snooped on, the only safe smartphone is no smartphone. Use random pay-phones if possible. Use old phones that are barely sufficient for calls and messages, as it'll be harder for snoopers to install useful eavesdropping software. These are the only safe-ish options. I've blogged before about the potential power of smartphones to hypnotise people while they sleep (which sounds outlandish but is perfectly feasible) and so I'm a big fan of minimum or no smartphone usage for anyone worried that they are being 'got at'.

When it comes to laptops, it is still very difficult to spot hacking and eavesdropping but there are ways to check if it's occurring. If you're connected to the internet via a router or switch, watch the packet activity light on the router. If it's chattering away when you've turned everything off to do with the internet, something funny is going on. Unplug the power to the laptop and work off its battery. If the battery is going down surprisingly quickly when all you're doing is typing an article, it's possible the laptop is sending information about you wirelessly while hiding that fact from your desktop status icons. (Clandestine groups may have hacked your laptop but they still need power to run their apps). Shut your laptop down when you're not using it; this shortens the time available to secret groups to hack your computer. You can also check your system logs to see if your computer was booted up when you weren't around. Turn on your firewall and turn off bluetooth, if possible. These acts don't guarantee that you won't be hacked (far from it!) but they do make it harder for anyone who's trying. Ultimately, assume that everything you put on your laptop or smartphone will be monitored. If you end up in a situation where you do need to hide information, store it in your head and pass it on verbally by whispering into someone's ear in a nightclub; that should be relatively safe. :-)

One final note. A lot of people respond to Snowden's revelations with 'I don't care if they're watching us, I've got nothing to hide!' For those people, I would say; 'you have nothing to hide from moral people but what if those people turned into Nazis or get taken over by Nazis?' The French Underground was rightly admired for their work in the Second World War. They'd have had a terrible time doing anything if France had introduced comprehensive surveillance before the War, for any reason. Snowden calls this problem 'turnkey tyranny' and he's right. For anyone not concerned about this threat, I'd check out the latest news from the U.S. Presidential elections…

Everything is a rich man's trick

icon-mk-osiris
For many years now, I've been writing articles exploring the strange and depressing fact (in my view) that what is actually true about reality, physics, history, archaeology, politics and a host of other important topics doesn't seem to match the official view at all. Several of these ideas are present in the anomalies section of this website, as well as popping up in previous blog articles and in my latest non-fiction book 'How science shows that almost everything important we've been told is wrong'. In a nutshell I would say:

The more important the topic, the more erroneous the official explanation.

This trend seems to be true with regard to how reality comes into being, the origins of the humans race, the origins of civilisation, the reason behind our major wars, how our leaders are chosen, major tragedies and others. This doesn't mean that all conspiracy theories are true - some of them are pure fancy - but it does make the old adage knowledge is power ring true. In many ways, it is logically inevitable that ourselves - the masses - are being lied to by at least some of the groups in power. We are clearly on a very violent planet where psychopaths hold great power, enough to obliterate nearly all of us (the events of 2016 would, I think, have made this clear). These groups and individuals, by their very nature, want as much power and control as they can get. It is therefore inevitable that they would do their best to make sure that the people they control have as little empowering information as possible.

A very interesting video documentary on youtube seems to agree with this view. It is called 'Everything is a rich man's trick'. It's three-and-a-half hours long, which is way too long for a youtube documentary and it could definitely have benefitted from being shortened or split into two or three smaller documentaries. I very much enjoyed the first two hours and found some of the material eye-opening, even for someone like me who's read/viewed a lot of material on the subject. I wasn't totally convinced by all the ideas/theories put forward, there are clearly at least a few factual mistakes in the documentary and the last hour becomes quite erratic and polemical but it is still an impressive piece of research.

The documentary focuses on the connection between the Nazis and wealthy industrialists in the U.S. and the JFK assassination. Some of its content reinforces the idea I discussed in my last blog post that top-down hierarchies can inevitably help secret societies gain control of major institutions, companies and the military. Some of the content is simply jaw-dropping.

Unfortunately, the presenter's call for revolution at the end of the documentary is, I think, naive. Revolutions are very risky endeavours, can involve huge bloodshed and often don't bring improvements to a country as they can be hijacked by very shadowy characters. A far better plan is to systematically improve a country's institutions, such as was done in post-war Britain. The demise of that wonderful programme is another story but I'll blog about that later; one (or four) grand conspiracies is probably enough for one day! :-)

The sad world of conspiracy theories

icon-mk-osiris
This week, there have been several articles in the media, including the Guardian and the New Scientist magazine, discussing the worrying problem among members of the public to believe in conspiracy theories.

It is a worrying problem that so many ordinary people develop the belief that the official story of many major events is untrue. In a bid to try and end this unfortunate trend amongst so many members of the public, I will explain, using deductive logic, what really occurred two major, conspiracy-theory-ridden events.

boeing-757
Two events have particularly become embroiled in conspiracy theories in recent years. The first event took place during the tragedy of 9/11; the crashing of a Boeing 757 into the Pentagon.

A Boeing 757 is a large, passenger aircraft. It’s about fifty metres long and forty metres wide. An example is shown in the above photo. On that fateful day, a 757 crashed into the side of the Pentagon building in the United States. Emergency services were called and fire crews worked to put out the flames from the impact, as shown in the accompanying photo.

pentagon-fire-1

Viewers may note a strange problem with the above scene, in that the Boeing 757 passenger plane seems to have disappeared. Not only is there no Boeing, but there isn't even any signs that a Boeing landed. A Boeing 757 is a very large aircraft and when one crashes, it leaves a very big mess. Its wings do usually disintegrate, due to them being hollow and often full of fuel, but its engines and particularly its tail section usually remain intact, especially when a plane hits the ground at a shallow angle, as in the Pentagon event. The accompanying photo below shows such a crash (it's a different model of plane, but you get the idea).

Psi-Earth - 5 - Technology - Smartphones

psi-earth-title-500px

Just to recap, Psi-Earth is an Alternative Earth story where the world is the same as the modern-day but it is a world where the ideas I've developed in my book 'How science shows that almost everything important we've been told is wrong' are correct and are being actively used by secret groups. The tragedy of the 'Psi-Earth' story is that human-kind is capable of psi-abilities but unfortunately, secret and powerful groups are keeping humanity blind to their own abilities in order that the ones who do use psi-abilities can maintain a critical advantage and control of power on Earth. It's a dark, dramatic, tense scenario that could make a very good novel or two. Rather than hide its development away in a notebook, I thought I'd blog its development instead while I work on my science fiction comedy novel.

In the first blog article, I talked about the basic premise of the story. In the second article, I described a potential main character, Xander, and the dangers he faced as soon as secret and powerful group became aware of his progression as a remote viewer. So far in the story, Xander has narrowly avoided being killed after being led into a trap by henchman working for one of the secret elite groups, or at least he thinks he avoided a trap. As every danger in the story is elusive and strange, it's very difficult for the main characters to be sure that they are in danger. In this way, the story is a lot like a classic spy story where agents must make life-or-death decisions based on the most enigmatic of clues. In the third article, I described part of the historical background for the Psi-Earth and the origins of the secret elite groups from the early and very influential Mystery Religions of Antiquity. In the fourth article, I talked about identity chips and how each person in the developed world could have on inside themselves without knowing it.

smartphones-selection
This week’s blog article on ‘Psi Earth’ continues the subject of technology and is all about smartphones.

In the entire history of surveillance and population control, nothing comes close to the power of the smartphone. It combines the influencing power of the television, the surveillance power of the secreted bug and many more besides. Infamous secret elites throughout history would have given their right eye to have access to a device that the common masses would willingly walk around with all day, a device that they would constantly stare at and a device from which they would gain most of their knowledge of what was going on. The potent combination of a smartphone and the social networking system, run by a small number of huge corporations, has all the potential to become an iCult, a system in which all members only hear what their iCult leaders want them to hear and even that information is heavily distorted to fit with the leaders’ agendas.

At the moment, the main concerns about smartphones are their ability to track people’s location and download a copy of the information they place on their phone. This concern is well-established and Edward Snowden, the U.S. N.S.A. whistleblower, has talked extensively about software packages secretly installed on target phones that carry out such tasks (endearingly given names from the Smurfs). Snowden has also recently been involved in developing a case that can tell the owner when the phone is connecting to bluetooth and wi-fi without the owner’s consent.

But there is another field of activity that a smartphone is capable of that has not been mentioned (to my knowledge). The power of recent smartphones has enabled voice assistants to become a viable piece of installed software, with Apple’s ‘Siri’ being a well-known example. These voice-assistance programmes are now able to draw upon information stored about their users on the phone and use that information to suggest or give recommendations to the user. This is all very useful and can be a great tool. In addition, smartphone software is now also able to analyse their owner’s sleep patterns in order to advise and help them with healthier routines, sleep problems and other related issues. If we combine these two developments, someone's smartphone can help and assist them 24 hours a day, when they are awake and asleep.

sleeping-computer
But if we combine these items together - the voice assistant and the sleep analyst - then someone’s smartphone has the potential to do something dark. Someone's smartphone has the potential to mesmerise their owner while that owner is asleep. For anyone panicked by this idea, keep in mind that no one’s reported this happening (as far as I know) but it is theoretically possible. The setup is straightforward. If a person goes to sleep with their phone beside them then if the phone has been hacked, it can listen to them throughout the night, even if it is 'officially' turned off. The phone can analyse their breathing patters, the sound of their movements in bed and calculate when they are at their most receptive to suggestion. It can then speak to them in whatever voice is most influential to them, from the voice-assistant's library, based on information gathered about that person. As a result, in a low-key but effective way, the phone can mesmerise or at least significantly influence its owner. What’s more, this entire process can be carried out automatically, following a complex and sophisticated algorithm. Since smartphone microphones are of excellent quality nowadays, akin to the microphones of professional sound studios thirty years ago, the programme can even monitor if anyone else in earshot wakes up or enters the scene. If that happens, the programme can immediately go quiet until that interloper has gone or returned to slumber. What’s more, this process can go on, night after night, the hacked phone executing a programme that could last months or even years.

As I’ve already mentioned, I know of no recorded evidence for this actually happening but it’s both theoretically possible and it is something dark and dramatic. As Mark Twain once said; ‘it’s not whether it happened or didn’t happen but that it could have happened’. As a result, I’ll definitely be adding it to the Psi-Earth story. It can be one of the dangers our heroes face in the early stages, when they’re the target of the secret elite.

In this week's blog entry about Psi-Earth, I'll be talking about identity chips; implanted markers in the body of the people of Psi-Earth that the secret elite use to watch and monitor their behaviour, looking for anyone that could be a threat to their power.

Unknown
One dark element of the Second World War Holocaust was the branding of inmates with a serial number. In this awful, dehumanising act, the Nazis attempted to reduce thinking and feeling individuals to little more than entries in an IBM database. (It's now hard to believe but according to several documented reports and a book by Edwin Black, these machines were present at the Nazi concentration camps in the form of pre-digital, punch-card, mechanical calculators. There were also serviced by IBM engineers as part of their service contracts; astonishing if true).

Fortunately, ordinary people in our modern-day world are not branded with identifying numbers by a cold, ruthless, authoritarian regime and the Psi-Earth story won’t include such methods but there is another, more sinister way to theoretically mark every person nowadays; through the use of tiny, implanted chips.

The presence of small chips with unique identification numbers is already a common part of our society. For example, RFID (Radio-Frequency IDentification) chips on many shop goods enable scanners to pick up from them a unique number. The scanner thereby knows what item to which that RFID chip is attached. Such chips are now a relatively crude item, technologically; they have no internal power supply and all they can do is respond with a number. Nevertheless, there is interest in people having such chips implanted in them, as discussed in this BBC article. This is an ominous idea as such an operation may not look as repulsive and abhorrent as the branding of Auschwitz Jews, but it has an equally significant result.

The Psi-Earth story won't be using RFID chips, as much more sophisticated chips are now available, even in the civilian sphere. These chips have been developed for medical purposes. Chips the size of a grain of rice are now capable of monitoring our heart-rate, blood sugar levels and other health markers. These chips are often only temporary inhabiters of our body, designed to pick up information while powered by a finite, tiny battery until they leave the body. More sophisticated versions of these medical chips can actually power themselves by drawing in glucose blood sugar, but they are very expensive items to create. They also require the consent of the patient and need to be implanted in an operation. In the Psi-Earth story, both of these issues are bypassed.

In the Psi-Earth story, the secret elite develop a way to implant a chip in everyone in the developed world without the individuals knowing anything about it. They manufacture the chips in the billions using cutting-edge military technology. They then implant the chips in people by winning the contract to supply a vaccine for a mass vaccination programme. As each is no wider than a human hair and a millimetre long, it is small enough to be embedded in the body as part of a seemingly simple vaccine injection. Since the vaccines are manufactured as one-use only and the vaccination programme is mandatory, the secret elite know that by including one of their 'hair-sliver' chips in each vaccination capsule, they will end up inside each person in the countries concerned.

The secret elite design these 'hair-sliver' chips to pick up brainwave patterns, along with other vital signs, and to store that information for 48 hours. This allows the secret elite to secretly monitor how people are thinking. In particular, if someone is developing good psi-abilities, this will show in the preponderance of that person's alpha, theta and delta brainwaves (rather than the 'distracted' beta waves). The secret elite can therefore monitor how much a psi-adept is progressing, day-to-day, by regularly picking up information from that person's 'hair-sliver' chip. If that person is appearing to be getting too good as a psi-adept, the secret elite can mark them as a danger.

In line with this idea, the Psi-Earth story will include our psi-adept characters finding out about the 'hair-sliver' chips in them. They'll know about these chips but how do they get them out? Early on, they won't be able to get them out or even be sure where in their bodies the chips reside. Instead, they'll be forced to try and prevent the foot soldiers of the secret elite reading the chips (which will probably, in the story, be done by someone simply pointing a modified smartphone at the target individual and reading the result on their screen). Cue strange machinations where our characters are watching for people pointing smartphones at them; an unnerving, near-paranoid scenario.

PLEASE NOTE: If any reader is concerned that the above idea will put people off vaccinations, which are a very important element of public health, do remember that Psi-Earth is being developed as a fictional story and is not a conspiracy theory. Any responsible adult, when reading, should always keep in their minds what is scientific fact and what is fiction.

For readers who'd like to explore more on the subject of sinister identity chip possibilities, I do recommend this interview from the Disclosure series. Unfortunately, it's not possible to chat to the person giving the interview as he died of a sudden illness a few years after making the video, but the information he did impart is nevertheless fascinating:

In next week's article, I'll continue on the subject of technology in the Psi-Earth story. Until then, have a good week!

Psi-Earth - 3 - Keeping Ancient Secrets

In this week's blog about my drama story idea, Psi-Earth, I thought it would be worth writing about historical secret societies and how evidence about their existence could be used to good effect in the Psi-Earth drama.

Just to recap, Psi-Earth is an Alternative Earth story where the world is the same as the modern-day but it is a world where the ideas I've developed in my book 'How science shows that almost everything important we've been told is wrong' are correct and are being actively used by secret groups.

Before continuing a description of what our main characters face in the story and what will happen to them, I thought it would be worth exploring some factual evidence and testimony to develop or flesh out the scenario some more.

To start with, it's worth reading 'Stellar Theology and Masonic Astronomy' by Robert Hewitt Brown. Not only does Brown, who was a 32nd degree Mason, explain a lot about the origins of Masonic practice, but he also talks about the Mystery Religions of the Ancient World. These Mystery Religions are often associated with Ancient Greece (in particular the Eleusinian Mysteries and the Orphic Mysteries) but they may truly originate in Ancient Egypt or earlier. In particular the Temples of Isis, the wife of Osiris, was a key member of the Mystery Religions. Brown reports in his book that the Temple of Isis, now open to the elements, clearly shows that it was designed and built to create illusion and magic, in order to psychologically transform (or perhaps brainwash) its acolytes into true worship of its god. The architects and builders who were responsible for creating these tools of illusion (secret passages, moving platforms, false walls, speaking statues) were sworn to secrecy but it there was any sign that they wouldn't keep mum, other tools were used. For example, the Temple of Apollo at Delphi had a mysterious grotto. As Brown's book states:

"The individual whose name this cave bore was an architect of great skill, and in conjunction with his brother Agamides, was the architect of the Temple of Apollo at Delphi and they were, of course, the designers and constructors of all the mechanical secrets of that temple, no doubt far more ingenious and terrifying in their nature than those of the oracular cave just described. The Mysteries being also celebrated in the Temple, the demand for secrecy was imperative and the priests, fearing that the initiation of Trophonius and Agamides would not insure their silence, resorted to assassination. The brothers were desired by the god, through the priests, to be cheerful and to wait eight days for their reward. At the end of which period, they were found dead in their beds - the result of poison or some other secret means of murder. (See Salverti's "Philosophy of Magic", vol 1, Chapter XI)."

It's worth noting that it's perfectly possible that direct descendants of these Mystery Religions still exist today. Supposedly, the Roman Empire did ban the Mystery Religions when it adopted Christianity as its official religion but Brown's book makes it clear that in fact, the Romans quietly allowed the Mysteries to continue. As a result, they were 'celebrated in some form as late as the eighth century A.D'. Dr Oliver in his 'history of initiation' says that they were 'celebrated in Wales and Scotland down to the twelfth century'. Salver, in his 'Philosophy of Magic', states that the occult sciences, possessed by the secret societies of the middle ages in Europe were derived from the learning taught by the Ancient Mystery Religions. He goes on to say that; 'Liebnitz (the famous Mathematician and contemporary of Newton) penetrated into one of these societies at Nuremberg and obtained there instructions which he might perhaps have sought for in vain elsewhere.' It's worth noting that Newton himself spent more time in studying the occult than in what we would now call respectable science. Many readers will immediately note how close such an example is, in time and location, to the notorious Bavarian Illuminati and Hitler's infamous fascination with the occult. For more information on those topics, I definitely recommend Peter Levenda's books; they don't make for happy reading but they are well-researched and eye-opening.

All-in-all, it's clearly possible to making a compelling case in the 'Psi-Earth' story that the secret elite who are trying to kill our heroes are directly descended from Mystery Occult Religions formed in the earliest period of human civilisation. What's more, these secret elite groups are using the same techniques they perfected thousands of years before; psychological manipulation, brainwashing and the cunning strategy of killing their enemies so that it's not even clear that they were murdered, never mind leaving any clues as to who murdered them.

In the next blog article on this topic, I'll look into technology and how these Mystery Religion secret elites might have updated their tools of control.

Have a good week!
